Had a farewell dinner for an old work friend tonight... he and his wife are retiring from Hawaii to Florida to be closer to family. Today, (ok I just looked it up and we actually missed it...) Sunday was our one-year anniversary of moving to Hawaii. I almost died on the honeymoon, no seriously.  We took a bike tour up to the summit of Haleakala, a sleeping volcano (I think).  We watched the sun rise on top of the clouds, it was amazing.  Not so amazing was how I got drunk on adrenaline on the way down and nearly catapulted myself onto on-coming traffic.  But anyway... Wow it's been so hard not to be on a computer for a week. We settled into a nice lil honeymoon cycle on Maui... We decided to have our ceremony outside this wknd since the weather is so freakishly nice. Today was a busy day meeting with all our vendors and working on other misc surprises, it was like a year of vendor meetings crammed into one day.But, least there was time for an evening run on the boardwalk :)
