Lunch: Leftover living lasagna from yesterday
Snack: lots and lots of raw cashews and dehydrated vegetables
Dinner: Above. Two servings of it. It was beyond sad.
Dessert: pineapple and strawberries
I had a work event tonight and sat in my car for a good half hour before going in. I was starting to feel dizzy and wasn't sure what to do. Luckily it passed but when I got there, I had a new challenge. A social dining situation. It was so impossibly hard to turn down a buffet of smoking hot fried food. I wasn't even all that hungry, I knew I'd be eating more for entertainment than nourishment so I didn't give in. I feel like I've made it over the hump. More than halfway there!
