Lunch: Watercress salad (no dressing) - it was kind of gross
Dinner: The below raw burger with dehydrated onion "bread" and lettuce. I don't think I would have survived today without A&B's recommendation to visit this interesting lil spot called "Licious Dishes"- a raw food service (seriously, who knew?)
Dessert: an apple
By 4pm I was starving and totally unprepared with anything raw on hand. Rookie move. Today I am much more prepared. The raw burger actually got me full so luckily going raw doesn't have to mean going hungry- yay!
Coworkers looked at me curiously at lunchtime so I made the mistake of telling them about my little challenge. Most think I'm strange (no surprise there) but I met one gal who is on something called the Paleo Plan-- also known as the caveman diet?! Similar to what im doing but much more lenient, she can still cook things and eat steak and stuff. Will have to look into it :) Not that I plan on making this project a full time thing, love food too much to be too selective.
